~ Privacy Policy ~

Your personal and confidential details will be kept securely. Only information that is needed for your services will be requested. If you do not understand why you need to give information we will let you know how that information will be used. Matters discussed in massage session remain confidential. Luna Therapeutic is happy to pass on information to another healthcare provider with written consent from the client. Some clients have been referred to Luna Therapeutic from Adapt Chiropractic (formerly Karori Chiropractic). Those who have been referred from Adapt will only be contacted to notify them of this change or future changes. No information will be accessed until such time as the client makes a massage appointment and gives informed consent to have their information accessed for the purpose of massage.

~ Complaints Policy ~

As the owner and massage therapist of Luna Therapeutic NZ, Rebecca resolves all complaints. While each matter is approached on a case bu case basis, every complaint is documented in writing in the client’s notes, or, if complaint is from a third party, it is written in a report and kept on file. Then, Rebecca will review her processes and practices and make any appropriate changes. These changes will also be documented. Rebecca uses all feedback as an oppurtunity to grow as a massage therapist and as a business owner.

~ Cancellation Policy ~

If a booking is cancelled or postponed within 48 hours of the booking start time, the client may be invoiced a fee of the full price of the session. This fee is at the discretion of the massage therapist. If the client is rude or inappropriate the massage therapist reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time. If there are multiple cancellations or sessions postponed, additional fees may apply. This is to protect Rebecca’s income stability, and is also a part of keeping all available appointments open to those who need them.
